A new lower section of the pressure hull, featuring the lubricating oil supply tanks, collecting tanks, dirty oil tank, and fuel oil collecting tanks. Both oil coolers have been designed accurately according to the original blueprints.
The kit includes both Krupp diesel engines. The starboard engine features a highly detailed cutaway section, putting its crankshaft, pistons, and connecting rods on full display. The crankshaft is drawn strictly according to original plans, ensuring that the pistons are in a technically exact alignment relative to each other.
The port side engine also includes full internal components. And believe it or not—the engine actually rotates!
Modifications to the original base kit may be required for a proper fit.
